JOIN US, PLAY IN A BAND!
Get your son or daughter into a band and onto a stage near you!
The tried and tested way to join the Allstars is through our Taster Sessions. We then form bands based on people’s abilities, music tastes and ages and run weekly half hour sessions with the purpose of getting bands up and running and onstage!
In your first term you’ll have learnt your first set of songs. So from now on it is about building on this foundation, month by month moving your band on by developing and honing your playing or singing skills around a bigger range of music.
As you progress we will start to help your band become more creative. Moving beyond covers to creating your own music and your own version of popular songs, in short this is the beginning of your band forging its own musical identity.

Coming to a stage near you
As part of the Allstars Collective you will continue to get lots of opportunities to play live gigs across Sussex.
Not just end of term shows, you will be a part of the Allstars UNIQUE annual gig and event programme. We have on average two gigs per month all year round at fully established and respected venues along the South Coast including The Ropetackle Centre, The Brunswick, The Duke of Wellington and The Factory Live as well as appearances at music festivals such as Moon & Stars, Beach Dreams, Light Up Shoreham and many more!
If you want to perform, the Shoreham Allstars is the only place for young musicians to be.
The important details
- Sessions are half an hour long and are held at our music room on Shoreham Beach during term time
- Sessions are open to anyone aged 7-18 years, all levels of ability welcome
- Sessions run during school term time (36 sessions per year)
- Allstars runs though the year, to spread your costs we charge £23 per month
